If you suffer from anxiety, depression, fatigue, low self esteem, insomnia or burn out, I am here to support you on your journey to improved mental health.  I will gently guide you and listen carefully to your concerns. Collaboratively, we will decide on what therapy resonates with you and an appropriate plan will be developed to suit your individual needs. I will provide a safe, empathetic and understanding environment where you will thrive.

In counselling, we'll work together to explore your concerns, gain new perspectives, and discover your inner strengths. You'll develop skills to navigate life's difficulties with greater resilience and confidence

We address anxiety, depression, grief & loss, mental health, stress management, loneliness, confidence building, and self-esteem.

We offer Person-Centred Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
