If you suffer from anxiety, depression, fatigue, low self esteem, insomnia or burn out, I am here to support you on your journey to improved mental health. I will gently guide you and listen carefully to your concerns. Collaboratively, we will decide on what therapy resonates with you and an appropriate plan will be developed to suit your individual needs. I will provide a safe, empathetic and understanding environment where you will thrive.

Counselling is a unique professional and intentional process which utilises a variety of skills and interventions to allow people to increase their self-awareness, identify challenges in their lives and find ways to cope with them.
Nutrition
Nutrition is fundamental in building a healthier relationship with yourself. Good nutrition contributes to stress management, better sleep quality, increased concentration, and general mental well-being.
Follow Up Support
Your counselling therapist or nutritional consultant will be with you each step of the way, providing you with the support you need to achieve lasting change.
Our Process
There will be an initial assessment to help us develop your therapy plan to your individual requirements. Treatments will address anxiety, depression, low motivation, insomnia, fatigue, pain, grief, fear, anger, gastrointestinal issues and any other concerns.

We will take some time to get to know you and understand your concerns and symptoms, including anxiety, depression and fatigue, and we will discuss what you hope to achieve working collaboratively with us.
