Our Process

There will be an initial assessment to help us develop your therapy plan to your individual requirements. Treatments will address anxiety, depression, low motivation, insomnia, fatigue, pain, grief, fear, anger, gastrointestinal issues and any other concerns.

Initial Appointment

We will take some time to get to know you and understand your concerns and symptoms, including anxiety, depression and fatigue, and we will discuss what you hope to achieve working collaboratively with us.

Therapy session:

I will walk beside you on your journey, supporting you each step of the way with compassion, empathy and understanding.

Follow up Sessions

50 mins.

How often you come to therapy will depend on your circumstances and needs. This can be discussed collaboratively with your therapist.
